To view the document:Once the pdf reader is installed, you can click on the link to the document and the reader will load and display the document. Depending upon how it has been installed it will either open within your browser or as a separate window.
If you wish to print a copy of the document, be sure to click the print button in the corner of the reader window and not the print button of the browser.
To download the document:If you wish to download a copy of the document for viewing or printing off-line, right click on the link and select Save Target As (Internet Explorer), Save Link As (Navigator), Save Link to Disk (Firefox) and save the file to a suitable directory. Later, if you double click the file, the pdf reader should open and you can view or print the document from within the reader.
