DONATIONS

As much as we believe in the power of grass roots democracy and the power of our volunteers there are many things in an election campaign that simply cost lots of money. Even though the election campaign is over we still have many bills to pay so your donation will still be gratefully received.

Notes: Donations up to $1500 are tax deductible.

Greens policy requires that all donations are ethically acceptable. Additionally, all donations over $1500 are considered by our Ethical Donations Reference Group and we will not accept any anonymous donations over $1000.

All single donations over $10,000 must be detailed in our annual return to the Australian Electoral Commission.

If the cumulative total of your donations to the Australian Greens is above $10,000 in any financial year you must lodge an annual return with the AEC. Information and the form can be downloaded from their web site.
